The height mostly depends one genes but not 100% my parents are not very tall they are 5'7 and 5'1 but iam 6'3 can u believe me?🤔🤔 U should believe genes are not completely the factor which makes u taller but genes are necessary to grow to some point having short parents never mind u will be taller after reading my methods
2.Nutrition 
Never forget to eat right food it gives plenty of nutrients for making u taller mainly calcium and vitamin d eat nutritious food u can eat junk food once in a while but not daily stop drinking cold drinks as some made from pesticides which effect your bone growth and coffee and tea would never stunt your growth it's just a myth

Definitely Great Stretching your spine hanging is best to grow taller you should hang about 20-30sec you can increase time as you progress pullups and chinups also work i prefer doing 1minute hanging followed by 10 pullups and rest for 10 secs and again repeat
3.Yoga and Stretches
My 3rd and also Effective exercise 
Cobra stretch and forward spine stretch work great
